		Department of Manufacturing Engineering
		   Welcome to the
					Department of Manufacturing Engineering.
Join the exiting profession that has built the welfare of
					our life.

Ever changes in designing of the new shapes, sizes and
functionalities of the products challenges manufacturing,
welding, mechatronics, robotics and economical engineers to
put together advanced tools for setting up the adequate
technologies which lead to the shortest time to market and
moreover with the guarantee fulfilling the customer
satisfaction. In this respect, our department is focused on
combining cutting edge research with real world knowledge
					based on industrial needs.

			Our department offers programs for:

				Bachelor of Science (B.S.)
in Industrial Engineering (Manufacturing and Welding)Bachelor of Science (B.S.)
in Economical Engineering Bachelor of Science (B.S.)
				in RoboticsBachelor of Science (B.S.)
				in MechatronicsMaster of Science (M.S.)
				in Industrial Engineering

Our programs are accredited by the Engineering
Romanian Association for High Education Accreditation (ARACIS).
The objective of the undergraduate programs is to instill a strong
background in mechanical engineering with applications in computer
aided-design of the intelligent devices used to improve our daily
life. Thus, computer aided design of the intelligent metallic and
polymeric devices including knowledge from microelectronics,
manufacturing, welding is our main professional goal in training the
next generation of the Romanian engineers which will be employed by
			national, international or multinational companies..
 The objective of the
graduate degree program is to provide advanced training in Computer
Integrated Manufacturing or Quality Management fields as for master,
or PhD in Industrial Engineering. The students are encouraged to
personally interact with the faculty throughout their program. These
programs prepare individuals for a successful future professional
career integrated in the globalized economy. The Department
characteristic is excellence due to a tradition of more than 50
years of training mechanical engineers with successfully carriers in
Romania and abroad. Join us in exciting
B-D Buildings, 111 Domneasca Street, Galati City and become part of
the future of the mechanical and industrial engineering profession.
